Launching IFH Club: A New Forum for Trustworthy Health AI at IFH
The Institute for Future Health launched IFH Club, a new multidisciplinary discussion series designed to bring together researchers, clinicians, students, and faculty around important questions in digital health and artificial intelligence. The goal of the club is to create a shared space for learning, discussion, and collaboration on safe, trustworthy, and clinically responsible AI. The inaugural session focused on emerging work in AI-mediated healthcare conversations, including foundation metrics for evaluating effectiveness, domain-specific constitutional AI for mental health applications, and new evaluation tools for assessing chatbot behavior and clinical risk. Through IFH Club, the institute aims to build an ongoing community around rigorous, thoughtful, and human-centered health AI research.
