This project develops intelligent systems to improve patient adherence in clinical trials, addressing one of the major causes of trial delays and data loss. By integrating EHR data, trial protocols, and patient interaction logs, the framework identifies patterns of non-adherence and predicts risk factors. Large language models and knowledge-driven reasoning then generate personalized reminders, explanations, and supportive interventions. The goal is to ensure higher data quality, reduce trial costs, and improve participant retention.
